Ten winners of the competition for free plastic surgery will have their dream come true

The More Beautiful Through Plastic Surgery competition was created in 2013 with the idea of making dreams come true for those clients who deserve a new self-confidence, but their life situation does not allow them to do so. Free surgeries worth nearly 6 million will soon be joined by other winners. The choice was not easy. In all, we received 1,450 powerful human stories, from which our doctors selected the 10 most emotional.

"I am a mother of 3 girls. My husband, the father of my girls, died 3 years ago and he liked my breasts the way they are, even after having children. After his death, my self-esteem dropped completely. I know that there are more important things in life than breasts, but I would still like to feel good in my body again," one of this year's winnersshared her story.

The biggest interest is in the "mommy make-over"

Women most often opt for cosmetic surgery procedures with a desire to improve imperfections associated with pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding. Breast augmentation was clearly the most requested procedure, with more than half of the participants signing up for it. Other imaginary rungs of popularity among the procedures were abdominoplasty, breast modelling and liposuction.

"When my triplets were born, all healthy, big and beautiful, the skin on my belly stayed very stretched out. I learned to live with it. Unfortunately, probably due to fatigue, I fell asleep at the wheel one morning and collided head-on with a truck at high speed. There was very little hope of survival, but the doctors literally screwed me all up. The scars made my stomach even uglier. My big and saggy belly bothers me a lot," says another of the winners.

Not only women are competing for free plastic surgery

Although the majority of entrants are usually women, more and more men are competing for their dream plastic surgery. They are most often interested in eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty or abdominoplasty.
