Consultation on individual treatments/procedures

Liposuction

Every invasive liposuction is preceded by a free consultation with our liposuction expert (only in Brno and Ústí nad Labem). If you would like to consult the procedure directly with the doctor, this is possible for a price of CZK 1,000, which will be deducted from the price of the procedure if you book an appointment and pay a deposit within 14 days.

Plastic surgery

The price of consultation for individual procedures is CZK 1,000. However, in the case of booking a surgery date and making a deposit within 14 days, the price of the consultation is deducted and is therefore free of charge. In the case of booking a surgery date after the consultation, the validity of the booking is 1 week.

Vascular surgery

Procedures in the field of vascular surgery are preceded by a professional consultation including an ultrasound examination, which is charged at a fee of CZK 2,500.

Laser dermatology and aesthetic medicine

Dermatological treatments are preceded by a professional consultation for a fee of CZK 700. The consultation is free for clients who have already undergone a procedure under local or general anaesthesia. The possibility of using the free consultation is 1 year after the procedure. This promotion can be combined with a voucher which you will receive after the procedure at our clinic.

Deposit

A deposit of:

  • 10.000 CZK ( for procedures with a price over 10.000 CZK).
  • 2.500 CZK ( for procedures costing between 5.000 and 10.000 CZK).
  • CZK 1,000 (for procedures costing between CZK 2,500 and CZK 5,000).
  • 500 CZK (for procedures costing up to 2,500 CZK).

This term becomes binding for both parties. The deposit is used to cover the necessary personnel and material expenses related to the preparation of the procedure and is non-refundable. In the event that it is not possible to pay the booking fee on the day of the consultation, the surgery date can only be booked for one week.

If the clinic does not receive a deposit (cash, credit) from the client even after one week after the booking has been made, the surgery appointment will be cancelled.

Price of the operation

The price of the surgery is determined at the consultation and is payable in full no later than the day of the surgery (when paying by cash or credit card). In case of payment by bank transfer, the final amount for the procedure must be credited to the clinic's account at least 2 days before the scheduled surgery. In case of payment by credit card, please check the daily limit for non-cash payment to avoid later inconveniences and complications on the day of the procedure.

Change of surgery date

In case of serious reasons, the surgery date can be changed. The amount of the fee for this change depends on the timeliness of notification of the change to the clinic:

15 days or more before the procedure: no fee
7 - 14 days before surgery: 2.500,- CZK
less than 7 days before the procedure: 5.000,- CZK

The fee is deducted from the deposit. The remaining part of the fee can be claimed by the client within one year from the date of payment, after which the deposit or the remainder of the fee is forfeited.

Discounted prices for our services

Discount vouchers, gift vouchers, etc. cannot be combined. A maximum of one discount/voucher is always valid. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Vouchers worth CZK 2000 can be redeemed for plastic surgery procedures performed under general anaesthesia.
  • Vouchers worth CZK 1,000 can be used for plastic surgery procedures performed under local anaesthesia.
  • Vouchers worth CZK 500 can be redeemed for dermatological treatments.
