The face of the new issue of BE BEAUTIFUL magazine is the presenter Sandra Pospíšilová

The face of Sandra Pospíšilová (formerly Parmová) is mainly known from TV news. Outside of that, she hosts social events, runs her own cosmetics line KĒORY YOUNG and raises two young children. How does she manage to combine several roles in her life? The popular presenter revealed her plans for the future and how she takes care of her appearance.
She's very popular with viewers. How was your recent return to television screens for you?
The comeback was very quick and also very different from what I ever imagined. I started thinking about returning to the screen this spring because I knew that the younger Leonek would be starting kindergarten in September and the older Emilka would be starting school. I felt like it was manageable with two kids in that situation. Well, in June I got a call from Prima with a specific offer to create a completely new economic programme. Considering the fact that I used to present stock exchange news and work as a stockbroker, I thought it was a great challenge and a bit of a "return to my roots". It's just quite a process to get a new show on the screen. That's why we didn't confirm my return until just before the beginning of September, so I didn't even have two weeks to prepare. And so it was quite challenging to manage all the rehearsals, costume changes, photo shoots and preparations in such a short time, just because Prima is based in Prague and I live just outside Brno. However, thanks to the best efforts of the whole team, we managed to do it and we can see each other every Tuesday right after the news hour on the World of Finance show on CNN Prima news.
In addition to your maternal duties, you are involved in a wide range of professional activities. Can you tell us what they are?
You're right. I feel it's best to be as multifunctional as possible these days. Apart from TV, I host all kinds of events, such as fashion shows, beauty contests, festivals, fairs, turnkey events for shopping malls... Fortunately, there's a lot of that lately and I'm glad for that because I really enjoy this job. Besides being a presenter, I am also involved with our beauty brand KĒORY YOUNG, which my husband and I launched three years ago. It's kind of our heart project, where I'm in charge of everything from marketing, social media planning, to personal messages in every order from the e-store. My husband and I also handle the visioning and production, I choose the faces of the brand and am the producer for all of our shoots. It's a lot, but I'm excited to see how many new things I've learned as a result. Oh, and to top it off, I'm also dedicated to Instagram, which is slowly becoming a necessity with all my work these days.
Is aesthetic medicine part of your beauty routine?
Yes, it is. I mainly go for beauty treatments that I can't do at home. In fact, I have been a satisfied client of MEDICOM Clinic almost since I started to need aesthetic medicine and especially dermatology. Currently, my whole family goes there for regular mole check-ups and I personally go there for other skin rejuvenation. Here at the clinic they also helped me with sclerotization of varicose veins, which I am unfortunately predisposed to and which reappeared to a greater extent after my second childbirth. And the doctor and I have already arranged to make some more improvements during this winter. Because anyone who also suffers from varicose veins knows it's a bit of a battle with windmills. Well, the winter months are just perfect for this beautification.
A few years ago, you also had a breast augmentation at the MEDICOM Clinic. How do you remember the procedure in hindsight?
In November, it's exactly five years since I joined #medicomgirls. And even with hindsight, I can confirm what I thought a few hours after the surgery, when I saw my new breasts for the first time, that it was a great decision. So far, there hasn't been a single moment I've regretted it. On the contrary, I have sometimes thought, when shopping for clothes or underwear, that it was a pity I hadn't gone earlier. But everything has its time. And mine came after I finished nursing my older Emily. I was very glad that I could give her that as a baby, because after all, breast milk is the best and most convenient - especially for preparation. But at the same time, after the end of breastfeeding, many mothers say that the breasts have taken a beating. I wished it was different for me, but it didn't work out. And even professionally, I wasn't too comfortable, constantly having to deal with appropriate clothes that could take push-up underwear. So I was determined, and shortly after surgery, it felt like my breasts had always been mine. And I'm thrilled to this day. Even the size, which is just right for me and probably made the recovery completely uneventful.
