Plasmotherapy: the most valuable and all-natural skin booster

Youth is hidden in the blood with a slight exaggeration. Blood plasma contains growth factors that promote skin regeneration andslow down the aging process. Rejuvenation with your own blood, known as plasmalifting or plasmatherapy, is a popular, completely non-invasive method for rejuvenating even the most sensitive skin, and at any age or season.

Plasma is rich in platelets and acts as a bit of a cell repairer. It stimulates cell renewal, repairs damaged cells. It actually tells the skin to start to rejuvenate.

What are the benefits?

  • The treatment is minimally invasive and does not require recovery
  • Skin improvement persists for months to years
  • Versatile use - facial and body rejuvenation, treatment of scars, stretch marks or excessive hair loss

Effects of plasma therapy?

  • Reduces and smoothes wrinkles
  • regenerates tired skin
  • improves skin elasticity and texture
  • helps with hair loss or brittleness
  • promotes healing and reduces the appearance of scars

How does plasmalifting work?

The entire procedure usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area to be treated. The anaesthetic cream ensures that the treatment is almost painless. The first step is the collection of a small amount of blood, from which the platelet-rich plasma is then separated from the red and white blood cells using an instrument. In the second stage, the dermatologist injects the plasma using microneedles or a thin cannula. After that, small miracles happen. In the following weeks, the skin visibly regenerates, tired skin looks healthier and wrinkles gradually smooth out. For a visible effect, 1 to 3 treatments are recommended within a few weeks.

Did you know that...

Plasmotherapy was originally developed and used in the 1970s in dentistry to treat gum injuries, from where it spread to other fields of medicine and aesthetic dermatology. Due to its regenerative abilities, it is also widely used in sports medicine to treat injuries such as muscle, tendon and ligament tears.
