"As it happens nowadays, I decided to wait a while to become a mother - I gave birth at the age of 33."

After giving birth, I started trying to get back to looking good as soon as possible, but in truth I wasn't very successful. I did manage to lose weight quickly to my original weight, but the shape and firmness of my body was there after my daughter was born.

"Since giving birth, I was very bothered by a loose and increasingly bulging tummy that I couldn't do anything about."

I also didn't like my bust. I'm not saying I ever had a plump cleavage before, just that after breastfeeding my already small breasts had shrunk so much that even a size 75 A bra was loose. What even smaller bra was I supposed to buy and wear...? It made me unhappy.

During the consultation we agreed on breast augmentation with 360 ml implants and the method of their insertion through the breast crease. The placement of the implants is partially under the pectoralis major muscle. My client and I agreed on the size - we chose the size to make the result look as natural as possible. During the procedure, I first performed laser liposuction of the lower abdomen. I chose this liposuction method because it can target fatty tissue exclusively and instantly tighten the skin. It is overall gentler and offers a shorter recovery time than the traditional tumescent method. During the procedure, I suctioned about 400 ml of fatty tissue from my abdomen. After liposuction, I performed a breast augmentation. Thus, both procedures were performed in one operation under general anesthesia, the duration of the procedure was 2 hours. After a one-day hospitalization, the client was discharged for home treatment. During her recovery, she was advised to wear a compression bra for 6 weeks and a compression liposuction bra for 5 weeks to tighten her abdomen. The healing was uneventful and we are both very pleased with the outcome.
