"Plastic arm surgery"
All my life I had a figure just right and I was quite happy with it. But then I turned 50 and, like other women, I started to gain weight. So I decided to do something about it and gradually lost ten kilos. I had the figure I wanted, but the skin on my arms could not fully adapt to the new weight and remained saggy. I didn't like that.
"As summer approached, I had to think about it more and more."
It bothered me that I couldn't wear tight dresses and sleeveless t-shirts when I could otherwise easily afford them. I felt like everyone was watching my wrinkled arms, it was very limiting. So I started asking friends about possible solutions, until a friend recommended the MEDICOM Clinic. In retrospect, I think it was an excellent choice.
"The clinic found a date for me so that I could have nice arms by the summer."
The doctor explained everything to me at the consultation, so I had no fear ofthe surgery itself, even though it was under general anaesthetic. The procedure went completely fine and I didn't even have to take painkillers afterwards. And the arm? They look beautiful now! I had counted on a small scar on both of them, but I carefully lubricated and massaged the scars after the surgery, so they looked much smaller after 14 days.
"I'm so glad I had the procedure"
I don't feel any restrictions at work or in my private life now and the result looks really great. My scars have healed nicely, which was helped by the biostimulation laser treatment I had after the procedure just for faster scar healing. I would definitely recommend this procedure to anyone who has a similar problem to mine. Let them not hesitate to undergo the surgery as well. The feeling that everything is back to normal and that I don't have to be ashamed of my arm is priceless.

The client had a large skin overhang on the inner sides of her thin arms, which we corrected under general anesthesia. Due to the lack of subcutaneous soft tissues, according to the preoperative drawing, we removed only the upper part of the skin on the inner arms, while the lower part and subcutaneous tissues were left and used for augmentation. The surgical procedure resulted in fuller arms with taut, loosely hanging skin. Only a thin scar was left on the inner side of the arms after surgery, which will gradually fade and eventually be only minimally visible. In the postoperative period, we recommended that the client wear an elastic sleeve for a period of time - approximately 3 weeks - to lubricate the scars and perform pressure scar massage. The client managed the postoperative period without any complications. Her wounds healed well and at her follow-up appointment approximately one month after surgery, she expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the surgery.
