Independent consultation
Your first appointment is with a surgeon of your choice. You will talk to the doctor about your ideas for the outcome of the procedure andtogether you will find the best way to achieve it.
Choosing the implant
You have a choice between round implants, which give you a full cleavage, and anatomical implants, which are shaped like drops and appear more natural. The decision depends on your preference, but also on the recommendation of your doctor.
Surgery date and pre-operative examination
If you decide to undergo the procedure during your initial consultation, you can discuss with your surgeon the choice of specific breast implants and select the date of the comprehensive pre-operative examination, which takes place at our clinic, as well as the date of the surgery itself.
Length of the procedure
The duration of breast augmentation depends on the chosen method. Augmentation with modelling usually takes approximately 2 hours and is performed under general anaesthesia. The surgeon chooses the most appropriate method of modelling to firm the loose breast tissue, while at the same time adding volume with an implant. In most cases , the position of the areola is also moved up a few centimetres to give the breasts a more youthful appearance.
The size of the scar is pointed out by the surgeon in advance
During the procedure, the surgeon will make an incision at a pre-agreed location - in the case of augmentation with breast modelling, the scar remains in the shape of an anchor and around the areola. The surgeon will draw your attention to the resulting scar during the consultation.
Hospitalization lasts a day or two
You will stay in the clinic for 1-2 days after your procedure with us. If you live in the same city where our clinic is located, we will be happy to give you a free ride home after the procedure. Otherwise, please arrange a ride with a loved one, as you will not be able to drive after surgery.
Please observe the resting regime
Resting after surgery is crucial to avoid complications such as blood clots or breast implant displacement. Keep a strict resting schedule for the first week. Wear a special elastic bra without underwire for 4-8 weeks after surgery. After two months, you can start playing sports again.
Three postoperative check-ups
You will come in for your first check-up one week after the procedure, the second check-up after another 3 weeks and the last check-up after 3 months. This way we can be sure that your breasts are completely healthy. After your breast augmentation with implants, we recommend that you have a follow-up sonogram every year.
The implants will last for many years
Possible correction or repeat procedures are sometimes required more by young mothers whose breasts change after childbirth and due to breastfeeding. Another possible reason for repeat surgery is radical weight loss or the size or shape of the implant is no longer suitable.

You often wonder
You will have a little more scarring after the procedure than after the augmentation itself. However, these are usually smaller scars of around 5 cm in size. Be prepared for a small scar in the area of the areola - there is a vertical scar leading to the bra crease and a small scar leading to the side of the bra crease. The shape of the scar thus resembles an anchor.
Thousands of cases of breast implants have shown no link between implants and the development of cancer. However, the rare lymphoma BIA-ALCL (breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma) should be noted. This lymphoma has only been reported in clients who had breast augmentation with textured implants. If detected early, it is easily treatable in most clients. BIA-ALCL is not a cancer of the breast tissue, but affects the capsule naturally formed around the breast implant.
Yes, however, you must notify your doctor of the presence of implants in your breast before the examination. This is because implants usually cause shading on mammograms, so you must adjust the machine before the examination.
You will be allowed to play active sports, exercise, work out or even do more cleaning in about 1-2 months after the surgery.
Usually after a week. However, you must keep a compression bra on during sex and be very careful in the range of movements.
The final shape of the breasts can be discussed about 3 months after the procedure.
Until the effects of the general anaesthetic have worn off, you will be slightly dazed. You may feel some pain and complain of swelling. Often, you will also feel increased fatigue and exhaustion. But all of this is perfectly natural and normal immediately after surgery. Therefore, you will receive pain medication from us after the procedure and your pain will be significantly relieved just 2 days after surgery.
Plastic surgery of the breasts is a completely individual matter. For some clients the effect of breast augmentation lasts a lifetime, for others the silicone-gel implants may wear out after 10-15 years and then a re-operation is necessary.
As part of the normal healing process, your body can create a strong connective tissue sheath around the implant itself - this then fixes the implant to the surrounding tissue.
The round implants add volume to the upper part of the breasts, filling out the cleavage. Anatomical (drop-shaped) implants are more discreet. They preserve the natural shape of the breasts more.
The operation is conditioned by the completed physical development of the potential client. From a physiological point of view, this requirement is often met by girls under the age of 18, but for these girls, written parental consent is absolutely necessary for the procedure to be performed.
Because it is a more demanding type of surgery in terms of plastic surgery, where it is better for the client's psyche if she actually sleeps through the whole operation. You will wake up in the clinic room, in a heated bed and with a full, though at that moment still, of course, a full cleavage.
Implants as such do not interfere with breastfeeding. But incisions during modeling can disrupt the milk ducts. Clients are therefore always advised of this risk before the procedure.
After surgery, nipple sensitivity may be rather reduced. With few exceptions, the experience of clients shows that sensitivity returns to the breasts and nipples within a few months after surgery.
