How does the modelling process work?

Please observe the resting regime
Resting after surgery is key to avoid complications such as blood clots. Follow a strict resting regime for the first week. Do not go to work, drive, bend over or lift heavy objects. Only careful walking and normal activities of daily household activities are appropriate. After mammaplasty, wear a special elastic bra without underwire for 4-8 weeks. Depending on the type of occupation, you may return to work after 1-3 weeks. After two months, you can start playing sports again.
