A subperiosteal browlift, or endo browlift, is an advanced brow lift method that lifts sagging brows and rejuvenates the face overall. This procedure not only helps to improve appearance, but also addresses the problems associated with a tired expression and heavy brows.
-
Natural look
The procedure ensures a natural and harmonious result without artificial tension.
-
Gentleness
The subperiosteal method is less invasive and more gentle on the patient, which reduces the risk of complications and shortens the healing time.
-
Appearance Improvement
In addition to lifting the eyebrows, it also smooths out the wrinkles on the forehead, significantly rejuvenating the overall facial appearance.
-
Fatigue Reduction
Helps eliminate the heavy and tired look caused by sagging eyebrows.
Who is the subperiosteal browlift suitable for?
The procedure is suitable for women and men who are bothered by sagging eyebrows and forehead wrinkles. A subperiosteal browlift is the ideal treatment for those who want long-lasting results and gentle facial rejuvenation. It is most commonly performed on clients between the ages of 35-65, where the forehead sags and brows drop as we age.
The difference between a classic browlift and a subperiosteal browlift
The subperiosteal browlift is a more advanced method of the classic browlift. In the subperiosteal browlift, we use a light hook to make 2-4 small incisions in the hairline, loosen the forehead muscle attachments, and pull the forehead into a new position to fix it. This is a very gentle method and more natural to the body than a traditional browlift.
Unlike a traditional browlift, during which larger incisions are made and after which there is a longer healing time, the subperiosteal method offers a gentler and more effective solution for brow lifting and facial rejuvenation. The subperiosteal method is performed under general anesthesia.

The course of the procedure
You often wonder
Unfortunately, no. In order to perform the operation, the skin must be completely healthy, i.e. free of purulent deposits and skin diseases.
There may be slight hair loss at the incision site or the hair may be thinner for some time. However, their normal growth will naturally resume within a few weeks to months after surgery.
A browlift may be associated with some postoperative discomfort and pain, but nothing that we would not be able to minimize with conventional analgesics.
Yes. We do this combination of interventions quite often.
Definitely yes. With the passage of time, we recommend our clients additional treatment of small scars and wrinkles in the face with the methods performed by our corrective dermatologists at the clinic. For a perfect result we most often offer hyaluronic acid fillers or botulinum toxin application, very often also various laser treatments. Browlifts are used to tighten the upper part of the face, but the middle and lower part of the face remain essentially unchanged. This is why it is ideal to go to a dermatologist afterwards.
The effect of plastic surgery of the forehead and eyebrows is long-term, lasting 5-10 years. However, it is necessary to take into account that the skin is constantly working. Therefore, with increasing age, the forehead and eyebrows may drop again.
