"Breast augmentation with implants"

Since I have always had small breasts, I used a double push-up bra toenhance my cleavage. However, this was definitely not ideal. Every time I looked at myself, I was still convinced that something was missing from my chest. I even made two appointments for plastic surgery consultations, but I always backed out. I was afraid of the procedure itself. Not what would happen afterwards. I had never had surgery before; hence my fear.

Eventually the baby came, so I put the idea of having surgery on hold again. But I couldn't escape it for long. Moreover, after breastfeeding, my breasts remained even smaller, and completely empty. So I finally decided that I didn't want to wait any longer, and I was going to make my dream, which I had wanted for so long, come true.

"Augmentation was the obvious choice"

I wanted my breasts to be firm, full and shapely. That's why I chose breast augmentation with implants. I told my idea to Dr. Pachman, who was happy to advise me on the best shape and size for me. I finally agreed with the doctor on the date of the procedure. You will be surprised, but the wait for it passed like water. I don't deny the pre-operative nervousness, but the beautiful environment of the clinic and the friendly staff helped me to cope with everything pleasantly. After the surgery I had a two-week rest period. I told myself that since I had undergone the procedure, I would follow the doctor's recommendations so that everything would heal well and avoid any complications. So I tried not to exert myself too much. But after a month, I was functioning normally again.

"My breasts are now... perfect!"

When I first saw myself, I couldn't believe it. I was happy. And looking in the mirror, I said in my mind "how beautiful my breasts are". Suddenly I feel very feminine and confident. If I had known earlier that the procedure would meet my expectations and that the recovery would be manageable, I would not have hesitated so long. Moreover, I can play sports without my breasts restricting me or even shrinking. And what about my boyfriend's enthusiasm!

I performed a relatively uncomplicated augmentation with round implants in a high profile and size 315 ml, which was the optimal volume for the client and from an anatomical point of view the maximum volume after testing with a sizer during the operation. In this case, the round implant helped to enhance the décolletage more in the smaller non-flattened breasts. The technique was a standard, incision guided incision in the submental crease with placement of the implants under the pectoralis major muscle.
