I've always had small breasts, in fact I've never even tried a bra bigger than a size A. However, after two births and breastfeeding, my breasts disappeared completely. And the sight of a flat chest made me really unhappy. Plus, I had a hard time finding a nice, well-fitting bra because even the smallest ones were always loose. A sense of shame washed over me whenever my boyfriend saw me naked, and although he never mentioned a bad word about my breasts, I felt like if I didn't like myself, I could hardly like him.

But they say big dreams are meant to come true. So I threw away my shame and came to the MEDICOM Clinic in Brno for a consultation with an amazing plastic surgeon, Dr. Petr Pachman. He informed me about the course of the whole procedure and helped me to choose the appropriate size and shape of the implants.

I put the fears of my first procedure under general anaesthesia out of my mind almost immediately. After all, the procedure would put an end to my long-standing complexes and misery! Finally, a moment before the procedure, I found myself smiling. It was a justified smile.

I was lucky. After the surgery, I was just careful not to put unnecessary strain on my breasts. Even the pain that comes with the procedure, I handled with ease. I'm not saying that I was as fit as a fiddle right after the procedure, but we women endure a lot for beauty and satisfaction with our bodies. Believe me, compared to giving birth to two children, it really was a walk in the park.

I swapped out the A cup bras for C cups, and you know what? They all fit me beautifully! I used to go through hell and back when I was looking for a bra. But today? I'm having so much fun! Monika's breasts were smaller and flabby after two births and repeated breastfeeding. Therefore, I recommended that the client undergo breast augmentation with implants. I inserted the implants into the client's breast through an incision made through the breast crease and placed them under the pectoralis major muscle. After prior consultation with the client, I chose German brand implants of 360 ml size, round shape, high profile. The client underwent the procedure under general anaesthesia as standard and after a one day hospital stay at the clinic, we discharged her to home care. During the recovery period, the client had to consistently wear a compression bra with a belt for 6 weeks and generally not put too much strain on her upper body. After this procedure, short scars commonly remain under the breasts. However, due to their location, they are not visible at first glance.
