The size of the bust determines the volume of fatty tissue and the mammary gland. Breast augmentation is therefore a procedure in which the lack of tissue is replaced with silicone-gel implants. You can choose between round or anatomical implants that follow the natural shape of the breasts (drop shape). The volume of the implants most often ranges from 250-350 ml. The shape and size will be agreed upon during the consultation of the procedure together with the doctor. The choice of implants depends not only on your wishes, but also on the shape of your chest.

Choosing the implant
You can choose between round implants, which give you a perfectly full cleavage, and anatomical implants, which are drop-shaped and more natural looking. The choice of implants depends on your wishes, but also on the shape of your chest and the doctor's recommendations.
Micropolyurethane implant
Active women should consider choosing implants with a micropolyurethane finish. A micropolyurethane implant stays in place after augmentation, which is especially important for anatomical implants. This allows the breast to resist gravity in the long term. The special properties also eliminate the risk of post-operative infection.
Surgery date and pre-operative examination
If you decide at the initial consultation that you want to undergo the procedure, you can agree with your doctor not only on the appropriate breast implants, but also on the date of the surgery and the comprehensive pre-operative examination, which takes place at our clinic.
During the operation
The breast augmentation itself takes approximately 1 hour and is performed under general anaesthesia. The surgeon will make an incision at a pre-arranged location - either in the bust crease or around the areola. The incision is made so that the scar is as small as possible after the operation. He or she will then create a cavity at the incision site into which an implant is inserted behind the breast tissue or under the large pectoral muscle.
Stay at the clinic
The standard length of stay in the clinic is 1-2 days. Everything you need, such as compression socks and a special underwire-free bra, will be provided by us. We pride ourselves on quality post-operative care - we will check in with you regularly and carry out any tests to prevent any complications.
Recovery and rest
For 4-8 weeks after the procedure, you will wear a special elastic bra without underwire. For the first week, you must follow a resting regime - no going to work, driving, bending over or lifting heavy objects. Only careful walking is suitable. Depending on the type of occupation, you can return to work after 1-3 weeks and play sports after approximately 2 months (with polyurethane implants it is possible to play sports even earlier).
Regular sonographic examination of the breasts
You should have a breast sonography 1 year after your breast augmentation and continue to have regular breast sonography at this interval. All breast examinations are also offered at our clinics.
Implants will last a lifetime
Nowadays, implants are of such high quality that in most cases they last a lifetime. Breast correction is sometimes required by young mothers whose breasts change significantly after childbirth and due to breastfeeding. Another possible reason for reoperation is radical weight loss.

You often wonder
Thousands of cases of breast implants have shown no link between implants and the development of cancer. However, the rare lymphoma BIA-ALCL (breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma) should be noted. This lymphoma has only been reported in clients who had breast augmentation with textured implants. If detected early, it is easily treatable in most clients. BIA-ALCL is not a cancer of the breast tissue, but affects the capsule naturally formed around the breast implant.
Yes, however, you must notify your doctor of the presence of implants in your breast before the examination. This is because implants usually cause shading on mammograms, so you must adjust the machine before the examination.
You will be allowed to play active sports, exercise, work out or even do more cleaning in about 1-2 months after the surgery.
The final shape of the breasts can be discussed about 3 months after the procedure.
Plastic surgery of the breasts is a completely individual matter. For some clients the effect of breast augmentation lasts a lifetime, for others the silicone-gel implants may wear out after 10-15 years and then a re-operation is necessary.
During the healing process, tough connective tissue sheaths form around the implants, stabilizing them and connecting them to the surrounding tissues.
The round implants add volume to the upper part of the breasts, filling out the cleavage. Anatomical (drop-shaped) implants are more discreet. They preserve the natural shape of the breasts more.
The operation is conditioned by the completed physical development of the potential client. From a physiological point of view, this requirement is often met by girls under the age of 18, but for these girls, written parental consent is absolutely necessary for the procedure to be performed.
Because it is a more demanding type of surgery in terms of plastic surgery, where it is better for the client's psyche if she actually sleeps through the whole operation. You will wake up in the clinic room, in a heated bed and with a full, though at that moment still, of course, a full cleavage.
The implants are inserted either under the large pectoral muscle or on its surface. Neither way damages the mammary gland, so you will certainly not lose the ability to breastfeed in the future.
